1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of on-site management and maintenance of each community in our portfolio through property managers, administrative staff, corporate support staff, project managers, maintenance technicians, and other professionals;
2. Direct management and oversight of contracted services, including professional procurement services involving the annual rebidding and negotiation of contracts. Our Project Management team is available to provide supervision of contract work to ensure our clients are receiving the best service at a reasonable cost (for construction and major maintenance projects); 
3. Our software accounting system has centralized corporate accounting, which saves time and money. Our financial professionals oversee the accounts payables, receivables, and financial reporting needs for every property in our portfolio;
4. Imperial Property Management Services staff works closely with property owners to prepare budgets and evaluate the progress of the property in order for each property to operate at its maximum potential;
5. Properties receive quarterly site audits and physical inspections in order to maintain high quality standards;
